The installation was made with the intent to incorporate the theme of the Summit, ‘Opening Up’, and the semester theme, Performative Space and Technology. Thus, the process was executed within this scope - creating a performative space that invites the audience to interaction, not only with the installation, but with each other as well. The main inspiration for the project was found in the properties of optical fibres and the myths of the Nornir, the Nordic goddesses of time and fate. We visualized our message which was that people affect not only their own, but other people’s fate as well.
At the exhibition, a prototype of the installation was displayed.
